We’re excited to have you join us for our annual Walk 4 Your Heart Walk‑a‑Thon. Please review the event details below and complete the registration form to sign up.

The walk will begin at James Park (300 Dodge Ave., Evanston, IL). We will proceed to the Skokie Northshore Sculpture Park, entering at Oakton Street and continuing along McCormick Blvd. to Green Bay Road.

Please plan to arrive by 9:00 a.m. We will meet near the James Park parking lot for a brief warm‑up before starting. Be sure to bring water and wear comfortable walking shoes.

The registration fee is $40.00, payable online through this form or by cash or check. Please make checks payable to House of Praise and include “Walk 4 Your Heart” in the memo.

Proceeds will go toward our Youth Education Fund
